founded in 2001, kp companies has grown from an idea to a standard of excellence in the employment services and executive search industries. Founder, Miquel Purvis McMoore, left one of the nations largest search firms as a top producer, to start kp recruiting with the goal of providing more personalized executive search services to corporate clients in and around the Twin Cities. Word quickly spread about her attention to detail and high level of service - and within one year business was booming. In early 2002, kp recruiting moved to its current location in St. Anthony Main.

Six years later, having earned the trust of clients across the spectrum, kp companies was on the lips of HR Pro's and hiring managers from small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies alike.
